The Story
MIA.Rentals was built by the same team behind Miami Beach Brokers® — the flagship brand of the LAZARO | MIAMI network. After years operating at the intersection of South Florida luxury real estate and technology, we recognized a consistent gap in the rental market: serious renters were being underserved by portals built for landlord marketing, not renter discovery.
We built MIA.Rentals to close that gap. Every listing is sourced directly from the Miami Association of Realtors® MLS, which means you see every rental that exists in the market — not just the ones landlords pay to feature. We combine that data with local expertise, neighborhood context, and brokerage-backed representation to give renters a genuinely different experience.
